1. INTRO SESSION
1 hour introduction session with two Foundation Trainers demonstrating the techniques of posture correction.
Learning how to decompress the spine and train the posterior chain muscles - shoulders, back, butt and legs, shift the burden of support to where it belongs - the large muscle groups.
For the more active professions
learning how to create stronger, more stable bodies.
2. PRACTICE PRACTICE!
Each participant will become a PS Package member and have exclusive access to our online workout videos to continue their daily Foundation Training practice. No special equipment required!
Choose a workout: 5,10,15 or 20 minutes, to fit in with your day.
Engage and energise your conference delegates with a 10 to 15 minute POSTURE STRONG micro workshop before a keynote session.
Prepare the participants of your FUN RUN or other outdoor event with a session of stretching and posture alignment.
